Dustin Heusser grew up in Howard County playing Cobra Lacrosse and Howard Huskies Ice Hockey. He is a 1992 graduate of Glenelg High School, where he was a three year varsity lacrosse starter, a two time First Team All-County player, and a member of the Howard County All-Star Team. Coach Heusser went on to play briefly at Lynchburg College before transitioning into men's club lacrosse, which he plays with the Glyndon Lacrosse Club in the Maryland Masters League. He is on the Board of Directors for the Howard County Lacrosse Program as the Boy’s Youth HOCO Club Director, and has coached for the past six years. He is also on the Board of Directors for Cattail Creek Country Club, and is the Junior Golf Committee Chair. Dustin resides in Glenwood with his wife, Elise, and their three children, Kort, Blair and Grant. When he's not at their lacrosse games, he can be found at their basketball games, golf matches and cheer competitions (or Smokin' Hot).

2026 Assistant Coach & Goalie Specialist
Craig Flury grew up in Howard County, playing high school lacrosse (and basketball) at Glenelg High School where he was named a two-time All-County lacrosse goalie, before playing collegiately at Washington College. Coach Flury has coached boys of all ages from youth clinic players through high school in both lacrosse and basketball. His 8+ years of coaching experience includes coaching teams at the recreation and club levels, while also helping defensive players and goalies through various specialized clinics. He continued to display his love for the game by playing in the Maryland Masters League for several years. Craig and his wife, Jen, reside in Ellicott City with their 3 children, Nate, Beckett and Greta.

John Hanna grew up in Anne Arundel County playing lacrosse and soccer. He is a 1992 graduate of Broadneck High School, where he was a varsity lacrosse and soccer player. He was All-County in both sports, winning the 4A state Lacrosse Championship in 1992. Coach Hanna went on to play one year at the Naval Academy Prep School, under current Loyola University Coach Charlie Toomey, before receiving his appointment to the Naval Academy. He played for two years at the Naval Academy before transferring to the University of Maryland, to finish his collegiate career under Coach Dick Edell. He has been coaching youth soccer, baseball, basketball and lacrosse for the past 5 years. John resides in Woodbine with his wife, Amy, and their two children, Jack and Drew. When he's not at their lacrosse games, you will find him working on his golf game at Turf Valley.
